Dr. Sara Alshareef is the CEO of Solu International, a Miami-based firm helping businesses and individuals navigate Saudi business culture to build lasting partnerships. With a global consulting background, she has advised companies worldwide and served on the Saudi-British Joint Business Council. She is Co-founder and Co-chair of MENAGEN (Middle East and North Africa Gender and Enterprise Network), advancing gender and entrepreneurship research in the MENA region, and a GLOBE Project investigator for Saudi Arabia, contributing to global leadership studies. An Affiliate Professor at Florida Atlantic University (FAU), her research focuses on Saudi women entrepreneurs and the role of daughters in family firms. A frequent speaker at LSE, Zayed University, and Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College, she also mentors businesswomen through the Dubai Businesswomen Council.
